Revolution for Jesus

“God is still on the throne and prayer changes things.”–Virginia Brandt Berg, The Promises of God Are Streams That Never Run Dry

On Friday morning of April 10, 2015, I went to my doctor at a local GP clinic because I was experiencing some chest pains. I had had them for a few days but because I have recurrent gastric reflux, and had experienced this sort of thing before, I was not too worried. However, I had some pain on my left side, which was new, so I thought, to be safe, I should get myself in there to get checked out. (In fact, I had planned another meeting a few hours after my visit to the GP clinic, and was not expecting anything out of the ordinary.)

The doctor sent me down to their nurse, who did an ECG scan. I expected this as routine for someone presenting with chest…

Revolution for Jesus

ben Ben Hartnett

written by Ben Hartnett

For those of you who don’t already know me, my name is Ben. I’m just going to take a few minutes to share my testimony. I’m hoping that it will really inspire and encourage you on your walk with Christ, and if you’re not currently a believer I want to reassure you that God is real, He loves you and if you give Him a chance He will reveal Himself to you. Jesus said,

Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him. (Revelations 3:20)

One thing I find so amazing about the Bible is how the stories, lessons, and parables taught, apply to so many peoples lives in so many different situations. They inspire us, comfort us during times of suffering, give us hope for the future and teach us how to live truly fulfilled lives…

A matter of life and death

Revolution for Jesus

Ryan’s testimony

I was brought up as a Christian since I was seven.  I met the Lord Jesus when some evangelists had a tent in a caravan park and I went and did some arts and crafts, as well as learning about God and His Son.  So essentially I don’t remember a time that I wasn’t a believer.  My mum was converted by my best friend’s mother when I was in pre-primary.

We originally went to Warwick Church of Christ where I went to Sunday School and learnt more about God’s love for me.  When I was 10, my mum re-married and we moved church to Rhema, which is now known as Riverview.  I also attended the school that was associated with that church for grades five, six and seven.  Here (and at church) I started to get a better grasp on the scriptures, and learnt under some very godly…

Overcoming demons through Jesus’ Name

My nephew Kyle Pellerin’s very encouraging and inspiring testimony of how he found the truth (Jesus) and overcame his demonic attacks of demons 🙂

Revolution for Jesus

Kyle’s testimony of his salvation and overcoming fear from demons at night through the power of Jesus’ Name.

Kyle PellerinI was born and raised in a Christian family, as a young child the idea of heaven and the life after death was a great fantasy I wished would be fulfilled. Although my parents were never forceful of attending Church nor reading the Bible, I fully was convinced that Jesus and God was real. Although later in life, this idea was only reassured as the only possibility. In my life I’ve experience a lot of spiritual warfare but it’s only brought myself closer to Jesus.

Ever since I’ve been young, I’ve been able to sense if something is with me or close to me in the current room. It’s difficult to describe, although this feeling is associated with fear and that someone is watching you. When I was young, this feeling scared me…

Man who was Delivered from Schizophrenia when he Decided to Serve God with his Whole Heart!

From a saved Christian to Disciple of Christ–My Testimony Part II

My Dad’s Testimony – Very encouraging to becoming a disciple for Jesus Christ!

Bible Science Forum

Late in 1973 I finished my B.Sc. honours degree in physics at the University of Western Australia. After that I was not so sure what I should do. However, that summer (Nov-Dec 1973) I visited my Catholic girlfriend out in the country (which Australians call the Outback) on an aboriginal mission where she was working. I think she could not fully comprehend what was going on in my mind, though she was happy I was no longer an atheist but had become a Catholic. (We were engaged to be married when her service ended.) I grew to understand later that her service to God was some religious duty instilled in her by Catholic parents and the Roman Catholic Church, and not as a result of a new heart from a ‘rebirth in Christ’.

At that time, while working out there, I met a Christian guy who told me about David Wilkerson and his work amongst…
