Have you ever felt weighed down by life’s burden’s and trying to control everything? The weight of the world can sometimes feel like it’s on your shoulders if you don’t let God be your center.. the Good news is we don’t have to feel like that anymore.

Jesus said –

Matthew 11:28-29 (KJV)

²⁸ Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

²⁹ Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.

So Jesus is saying he wants us to come to him with all our troubles and burdens and lay them at his feet so we can find rest unto our souls, and because our issues are put into his hands we have the reassurance that he will work everything out (And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose Romans 8:28.) this gives us a peace of mind and heart. When we simply Let Go and Let God we are doing this.

Sometimes we need to take a step back and just let God take control because he know’s the plans he has for us (For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord, plan’s to prosper you and not to harm you, plan’s to give you a hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11) and because he is Sovereign. I also noticed that when we Let Go we are Trusting God and his Will for our lives, this gives us a great sense of peace and understanding.

Jesus wants all of your heart, don’t be afraid to trust him with all of Life’s issues too, Letting Go is powerful!
